| 1992 | Rich-Big Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded at county of Tainan. The capital asset is NT$8,000,000. The first extruder was set up for Producing Plastic sheet. |
| 1995 | The second extruder was set up to increase the capacity. Investment of NT$12,000,000 in cash to increase the capital up to NT$ 20,000,000. |
| 1996 | The third extruder was set up to expand the market share. |
| 1999 | The fourth extruder was set up to expand the market share. Investment of NT$ 20,000,000 in cash to increase the capital up to NT$ 40,000,000. |
| 2001 | Extend the factory and the fifth extruder was set up to produce transparent sheet to increase the added value of products. |

- PEVA sheet is made from mixing of PE and EVA. It can be manufactured on different proportion besides PE 100% or EVA 100%.
- Various embossments for selection. Suitable for printing, HF welding, Ultrasonic welding, and Heat Seal.
- PEVA Super Clear film is flexible、non-stick with super clearness, and available for printing and electroplating.
- EVA100% Super Clear film is made by innovative technology, which is flexible、non-stick with super clearness, and available for printing
- Eco-Friendliness: The waste material can be incinerated and recycled, which applies for any country in the world and under the environmental protection is guaranteed.
- Toxicity free: The heavy metals (lead and cadmium) ` DOP are not contented in raw materials. Completely measure up with RoSH 、REACH SVHC and FDA.
- Weatherproofing: Suitable for any area of the world. Characters are constant in most of climatic conditions, which Cold-resistant temperature is -32℃ to PE and -80 ℃ to EVA.
- Lightness: The density of PE is 0.923g/cm3 and EVA 0.945g/cm3, which is lighter than PVC.
- Printable: Excellent printing feature with good quality. (PEVA solvent and ink is required.)
